History of creation
After the reunification of Germany in 1990, it was decided to return the capital from Bonn to Berlin. The Reichstag building at that time was in poor condition, the old dome was blown up due to the threat of collapse, and the plenary hall and other rooms were badly damaged during the Second World War.
